Duct and vent repair and installation
Your AC can only cool the rooms its ducts reach. In a Houston attic, ducts sag, tear, and pull loose at the joints, so cooled air ends up in the attic instead of the house. We find where it's going and fix it.
Signs your ducts need work
- Some rooms stay hot while the rest of the house is fine
- Weak airflow from some vents
- Dust builds up fast, even with a clean filter
- Ducts in the attic are crushed, torn, or disconnected
- Bills went up but the AC itself checks out
- A musty smell when the system turns on
- You're adding a room or finishing a space
What we do
- Inspection of ducts, connections, and insulation in the attic
- Sealing leaks at joints, boots, and the plenum
- Repair or replacement of crushed, torn, or disconnected runs
- New duct runs for additions and rooms that never cool
- Vent, register, and return grille replacement
- Airflow checks at the vents when the work is done

Questions about duct and vent repair and installation
Hot rooms, weak airflow at some vents, and dust that comes back fast are the usual clues. The surest way is to look. We check the runs and connections in the attic and the airflow at each vent.
If the ducts are in decent shape, sealing and fixing the problem spots is usually enough. Old flex duct that's brittle, crushed, or poorly insulated is often worth replacing, especially alongside a new system.
Often, yes. Sometimes the fix is a new or larger supply run, and sometimes the room needs a return so air can flow back out. We check before recommending anything.
